Rachel is an architect at Sutro Architects. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Her professional experience includes work on public and private schools in the Bay Area, as well as a corporate headquarters project. Rachel later returned to residential design, drawn to the intimacy of spaces that shape everyday life. She believes that good design is both seen and felt, creating environments that are thoughtful, comfortable, and meaningful. Outside the studio, Rachel enjoys backpacking with her dog, exploring different art mediums, and dancing.
